Nr: 559384-2617), is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all visitors and clients in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Data We Collect: When you submit a project inquiry or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any project details you provide. We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL) for security and analytics purposes.

Purpose of Processing: Personal data is processed exclusively for client communication, project delivery, invoice processing, and statutory tax reporting. We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party brokers.

Data Retention: Contact and project data is retained for a maximum of 36 months from the last interaction, after which it is securely deleted. Tax-related records are retained for 7 years as required by Swedish bookkeeping legislation (Bokföringslagen).

Your Rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority (Datainspektionen).

Data Security: All personal data is stored within encrypted EU-hosted cloud infrastructure in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

1. Scope of Agreement. All digital services, design deliverables, and consulting packages provided by DigitalFormIX are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and DigitalFormIX.

2. Intellectual Property. Upon complete settlement of agreed commercial invoices, DigitalFormIX assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables, including design tokens, component libraries, and digital assets, directly to the Client.

3. Project Timeline. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith based on project scope at the time of agreement. Delays caused by third-party integrations, delayed client feedback, or scope changes may adjust the delivery schedule accordingly.

4. Payment Terms. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum in accordance with Swedish Räntelagen (1975:635).

5. Limitation of Liability. DigitalFormIX's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be settled by the public court in Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt).

Essential Cookies. DigitalFormIX uses strictly necessary cookies to ensure basic platform functionality, including session management, security tokens, and preference storage. These cookies do not require explicit consent under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC).

Analytics Cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate visitor behavior. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics cookies.

Third-Party Cookies. Embedded content (e.g., Google Maps on our contact page) may set cookies governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not control these cookies and encourage you to review the relevant third-party policies.

Cookie Consent. Upon your first visit, a cookie consent banner is displayed. Accepting cookies stores your preference in localStorage for future visits. You may clear your browser cookies at any time to reset this preference.

Managing Cookies. You can configure your browser to block or alert you about cookies. Note that disabling essential cookies may impair platform functionality.

1. Right of Withdrawal. Under EU consumer protection directives, clients engaging remotely have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of execution without providing justification. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

2. Work Already Performed. If work has commenced prior to the withdrawal request, DigitalFormIX reserves the right to retain a proportionate share of fees corresponding to work completed and documented at the time of withdrawal.

3. Milestone-Based Refunds. For projects structured around milestones, refund eligibility is calculated based on the percentage of milestones completed and accepted by the Client at the point of cancellation.

4. Deliverable Non-Acceptance. If the Client rejects a delivered milestone, DigitalFormIX shall have a 14-day cure period to address identified deficiencies. If the deliverable remains non-accepted after the cure period, a pro-rata refund of the milestone fee shall be issued within 30 days.

5. Refund Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days via the original payment method. Transaction fees incurred during the original payment are non-refundable.
